Nagdeo Essence Healing Massage
"Nagdeo" means that which leads to love, peace and joy. This is the essence of what this massage provides. It is taken from Eastern practices, using Jade stones, Taoist massage techniques and Ayurvedic "Marma" points. This massage is relaxing and also restoring. It is the ultimate spa treatment and total body, mind, spirit experience. Warm oil is used to calm the nervous system. Dry hand techniques are used to move the energies along meridian points, harmonizing and balancing the major centers in the body, known as Chakras. The end result is a feeling of peace, joy and love. This massage begins with a foot bath, a calming and honoring ceremony. These sessions allows one to be in touch with his or her own body, building a strong relationship with one's somatic self. A much needed vacation from the daily grind and an important connection back to self and to the present moment.

Past Life Regression and Healing Through QHHT
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT) is a regression therapy and healing technique created by Dolores Cannon which she developed and refined in her over 45 years career as a regressive hypnotherapist. Working with thousands of clients all over the world Delores found that many began to spontaneously go into other lifetimes. “Past Life Regression” is exploration, through hypnosis of past lives.
Past Life Regression is the first component of the QHHT technique and involves being regressed and guided through a past life that the Subconscious /or the Higher Self/ selects. From the wisdom of the Subconscious the past life that is shown is always relevant to your current life and usually has a role to play in the healing process.
The second component of the QHHT experience is asking the Subconscious or Higher Self important questions about your life and ways to heal your body, mind and spirit.

Sometimes we need someone to just listen. I listen with a nonjudgemental ear and ask questions that only you have the answers to. Questions that may help you see your life more clearly as you answer them. What we focus on grows. I offer meditations that help to calm the mind and envision the life you wish to have rather than the one you fear you will have. As an addict with over 20 years of recovery, I offer many different tools and methods to aid someone who wishes to recover from addictions. I also apply yoga techniques to help maintain, youthfulness, harmony and flexibility in body, mind and spirit.
